Wearing a uniform is comfy and practical. It means no one feels uncomfortable or left out and helps everyone feel part of the group. Beaver uniform consists of a blue sweatshirt with your badges sewn on and a coloured scarf or ‘necker’ to represent your local group. There are lots of other optional accessories you can wear such as hats, hoodies, navy blue trousers or shorts if you’d like to.

You can try on and purchase uniforms from our local supplier. This is located at

Ron Hobbs Hall, Bligh Close, Tilgate, RH10 5DL

This is open on Tuesday evenings 7-8:30 pm and Saturday mornings 10 am- 12:30pm.

Badge Placement

As a child collects badges, they will need to have these attached to their Jumpers. The best way is with needle and thread. When a child moved up to the next section badges will be re-located onto their camp blankets.
