Collectors badge and book badge
Remember you can also earn some badges at home too!
Beavers: If you have a collection at home, please bring in a sample of your collection for us all to see and tell us all about your collection to earn a badge! If you don’t yet have a collection, build up a collection of something over 6 weeks and then bring in a sample.
Cubs: You can also earn a collectors badge! Collect something over the period of 3 months or have ready a collection that has been built up over 3 months and think how you would like to display them (or a sample) ready for a presentation day in the spring term.
Beavers: If you read 6 books, please record them in your logbook and create a cover for your favourite book. Make a bookmark to go with it and show us your work to earn a badge!
Cubs: A little more is needed to earn this badge. You will need to read 6 books, show you can use a dictionary and thesaurus for reference and also write a book review. Please complete the below worksheets for the reference part of the badge. Once completed, please bring in all your work to show and also be ready to talk about how to look after a book. You will then earn your badge.
